The summer extreme heat is gone just in time to enjoy a round instead of slopping through 18 holes. Everyone has been there and I know everyone will agree its not pleasant. With the New opening of Taiyo Golf Course coming in February lets get the practice rounds in now. I hear it is going to be pretty hard with long narrow fairways and tiered greens with lots of hazards. Sounds like a good time. Speaking practice rounds will everyone go up to Bell Beach or Arashi Yama and spend over a hundred bucks? This is a good question and the Banyan tree will get busy for awhile. This is where we come to the plate. How does an overnight stay with a round of golf and breakfast sound and YES all for under a hundred dollars. What are the stipulations you ask? Weekdays, Sunday threw Thursday for 7,800 yen. Weekends are for 9,800 yen all plans are based on double occupancy. The ferry ticket price for adults are 1,330 yen. There is no better deal in Okinawa. Please let me know if you find one. Also up coming Whale watching season is right around the corner and I know everyone will be heading for the Keramas. LOL Where do the whales migrate from Mainland Japan. I get to see them before everyone in the south of Okinawa. They pass right threw the channel between Ie Island and Main Island of Okinawa.
